Winter Exhibition Update

A few weeks ago, I mentioned plans to submit some of my photography to my upcoming show (instead of just paintings). The studio I’m working with pretty much gave me free rein to pick the work I’d like to showcase, so I think the photos are happening. My husband is a photographer with far more experience than me, and helped me professionally home-print the ones I’ll bring to the exhibition. I’m so happy with how they turned out!

So, I’ve got three paintings finished, wired, and ready to go. I’ll include five photographs that will hang together in a series. Now, all that’s left to do is frame and wire the photos and make an inventory list for the studio. I might consider framing my paintings as well, but this is uncharted territory for me and I’m not sure I’ll have time. We’ll see!
